Case Study 01 – Website Transformation

Turning an Information Website into a Growth System

The Business Challenge

Paid campaigns were attracting qualified visitors actively searching for E-Waste Recycling, EPR Fulfilment, and Compliance Services. Despite healthy traffic, the website generated very few enquiries.

The existing website was rich in company information, certifications, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory content—but it failed to immediately answer the visitor’s most important question:

“Can you solve the problem I’m here to solve?”

Where Growth Was Breaking

Alignment Gap: Customer Need  ≠  Business Message

Our ads began the conversation by addressing a specific customer problem.

The website responded by introducing the company.

Instead of continuing the customer’s journey, it forced visitors into a completely different conversation—one centered on credentials rather than customer needs.

My Initial Hypothesis

If we stop leading with who we are and start leading with what the customer is trying to solve, visitors will immediately recognize they’re in the right place and become more likely to enquire.

The objective wasn’t simply to redesign a website.

It was to ensure the website continued the conversation already started through paid campaigns.

How I Rebuilt the System

Instead of redesigning pages, I redesigned the customer conversation.

  • Repositioned the homepage around customer problems instead of company history.
  • Simplified service messaging around high-intent search topics.

  • Moved certifications from the introduction to the decision-making stage.

  • Reduced technical jargon and dense regulatory content.

  • Introduced three enquiry opportunities across the website.

  • Expanded service visibility so visitors could discover additional solutions beyond their initial search.

Business Outcome

The redesigned website delivered measurable business improvements:

60%

Increase in SEO-led Web Traffic

80%

Increase in Enquiry Form Fill up

45%

Improvement in Positive Lead Score

One unexpected insight stood out: the highest-converting enquiry form wasn’t the first—it was the one placed after the complete service overview. Customers often discovered additional needs once they understood the broader solution portfolio.

Visitors increasingly enquired about multiple services instead of a single requirement, creating stronger sales opportunities.

The Principle I Took Forward

This project fundamentally changed how I approach digital marketing.

Every marketing touchpoint should continue the conversation, not restart it.

Ads create intent. Websites should validate that intent, build confidence, and naturally guide customers toward the next step. When customer intent, messaging, and digital experience stay aligned, growth becomes a predictable outcome rather than a matter of chance.
