Finding Systems: How My Career Shaped My Growth Philosophy
My Career Story
360digital Hub | Digital Marketing Executive
Discovering the Foundations
I joined to learn digital marketing. I left questioning whether any channel could succeed on its own.

Responsibilities
- WordPress website development
- SEO and keyword research
- Content marketing
- Performance marketing
- Social media management
- Analytics and reporting
- Online reputation management
What I Learned
I entered the role believing better marketing meant doing more—more keywords, more posts, more information. Execution quickly proved otherwise. I discovered that relevance beats volume, structure beats clutter, and people don’t engage because you’ve said more—they engage because you’ve made it easier to understand.
Building websites became my favourite part of the role. I loved taking scattered business information and organising it into something clear, logical, and genuinely useful. Looking back, this was my first exposure to thinking beyond individual tactics and towards bringing clarity to complexity.
What Led Me to the Next Chapter
I had developed a strong foundation in websites, SEO, and content. Now I wanted to understand paid media and customer acquisition, which led me into real estate marketing.

Seeing Marketing Through the Customer’s Eyes
The campaign didn’t change when I found a better message. It changed when I stopped telling my story and started understanding theirs.

Responsibilities
- Managed end-to-end digital marketing for residential real estate projects
- Planned and optimized Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Built project-specific microsites and landing pages
- Developed ad creatives and marketing copy
- Managed social media and Google Business Profiles
- Conducted A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Delivered performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
What I Learned
Until this role, I believed good marketing was about presenting the product well. If the website was structured, the copy was persuasive, and the campaigns were optimized, I assumed the results would follow.
Everything changed after listening to a sales call where a prospective buyer said, “Panvel feels too distant. Why would I buy here instead of renting in the city?” It made me realize that our entire marketing strategy was built on what we believed made Panvel attractive—not on what customers were actually questioning. We were trying to convince people with our story instead of first understanding theirs.
That realization completely changed how I approached marketing. I stopped asking, “How do we present the product better?” and started asking, “What problem is the customer trying to solve, and which benefits are they actually looking for?” It was this shift that led me to create educational content before sales messaging—a way of helping customers understand the opportunity before asking them to make a decision.
What Led Me to the Next Chapter
Having strengthened my paid media skills and having learned how to align customer intent with digital experiences, I wanted to understand how the same thinking could connect every touchpoint in a customer’s journey. That curiosity led me into omnichannel marketing at Bharat Serums and Vaccines.
Bharat Serums & Vaccines | Omnichannel Marketing & Corporate Communications
Connecting Every Touchpoint Into One Journey
Customers don’t experience marketing one channel at a time. They experience one brand across many channels.

Responsibilities
- Designed and executed omnichannel engagement programs for healthcare professionals
- Planned integrated doctor journeys across email, WhatsApp, CRM, websites, field force, and digital platforms
- Collaborated with Brand, Medical, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Managed corporate and international WordPress websites
- Strengthened employer branding through social media and internal communications
- Enabled CRM-based field force initiatives and campaign performance reporting
What I Learned
Working in a large healthcare organisation changed the scale at which I thought about marketing. Creating a webpage or launching a campaign was no longer the difficult part. Aligning multiple departments around one customer experience was.
For the first time, I realised that omnichannel isn’t about being present across more platforms. It’s about helping customers experience one coherent journey, regardless of where they interact with the brand. Every email, website, CRM journey, field interaction, and conversation should feel like the next logical step—not a separate campaign owned by a different team.
That experience strengthened one belief I still carry today: customers don’t think in channels, and businesses shouldn’t build them in isolation. Sustainable growth comes from maintaining coherence across every touchpoint, so customers continue moving forward with greater confidence at every interaction.
What is Leading Me Now
Today, I’m looking for environments with shorter feedback cycles, where I can test ideas, learn faster, and challenge my thinking against real customer behaviour. I want to prove that the principles I’ve developed across industries remain just as powerful in fast-moving consumer businesses as they have in longer, more complex sales environments.
